founded in 2006 by normen flaskamp – aka solee, germany’s parquet recordings has built a solid reputation across the world with its intelligent-yet-accessible blend of lush deep house, groovy tech house, melodic techno and progressive elements. the label has amassed over 50 releases in 4 years across its main and ltd imprints, as well as several albums and compilations and showing a real depth to its artist roster. the label his featured productions and remixes from both well-established artists and hot new talents – including john tejada, rodriguez jr., noir, marascia, h.o.s.h., chelonis r. jones, gui boratto, pig & dan, einmusik, james teej, egostereo, boss axis, oliver schories and many more. its releases have received support from huge figures across the spectrum of house and techno. in short, parquet recordings has a fantastic reputation, and is widely associated with some of the most respected and in-demand names in dance music.

owner of parquet recordings, solee scored his biggest for the label with impressed - also the label’s debut release. he counts remixes for the likes of danny tenaglia, gui boratto, nick warren, colonel abrams and tom novy in his catalogue, and his remix of timo garcia’s lady luck on sharam´s (deep dish) us top label yoshitoshi reached the top 10 of beatport. he has djed across europe and counts many years of experience under his belt.
boss axis (suhl | germany)
the mens chosen to mix parquet’s compilation retrospective 2.0 wasn’t given the honour without justification. an excellent, long-time dj team, they sums up the label’s eclectic sound perfectly, and scored their biggest hits with sad beauty & orlando.
oliver schories (hamburg | germany)
schories has released records on some of germany’s most respected labels – from holgi star´s rompecabeza to kollektiv turmstrasse’s musik gewinnt freunde and ostwind. his biggest hit so far has been wildfang on parquet, and he’s been djing for over a decade, based in one of germany’s house music hubs, hamburg.
takt tick (berlin | germany)
a resident at berlin’s legendary tresor speaks for itself. takt tick are also the owner of phunkit records, and a long-standing dj team and respected berlin name. they scored their biggest moment with july rain on parquet.
joxe skalmgrøn (stuttgart | germany)
joxe has graced dj hell’s international deejay gigolos and dj t & m.a.n.d.y.’s famous get physical music (with his biggest release whoop), and was also part of one of their 20-date world tours. with over 15 years of djing experience and remixes for label boss solee, northern lite, dublex inc. and markus lange, he’s well versed in the ways of rocking a crowd.
